6.44.160 - Applicability.

The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to businesses licensed before or subsequent to the adoption of this Chapter or any amendment thereto. Unless otherwise specified, nothing in this Chapter shall be deemed to limit the applicability of the provisions of Title 7 of this Code.
