10.61.040 - Intent to Avoid Time Limitations.

For purposes of the twenty-four (24) hour and seventy-two (72) hour limitations contained in North Las Vegas Municipal Code Sections 10.61.010 and 10.61.030, vehicles which are moved short distances with the intent of avoiding the time limitations will be considered in violation and are subject to citation and tow.
