5.36.050 - Processing Application.

When the Business License Division has receipt of a complete application, assembly plans and the application fee, the Division shall forward notice of application and assembly plans to all reviewing City departments for appropriate recommendations as to the granting or denying of a license and conditions thereof. Applications that require City Council approval shall be processed pursuant to the terms of NRS 268.4294.
