5.40.010 - Definitions.

"Price" means the subscription or publisher's recommended price as shown in the publication itself or in a publisher's price list. "Publication" means any book, magazine, pamphlet or series of such material. "Sales contract" means any agreement whereby the sale of a publication is not completed in a single transaction and either the seller or the buyer has a duty in the future to either pay money or deliver publications or to render some further consideration to the other.
