Sec. 7A.010 - Definitions.

Except as otherwise provided in this article or where the context otherwise requires, terms used or referred to in this article are as defined in the City Bond Law, as from time to time amended, and except as otherwise provided in such Law, as defined in the Local Government Securities Law, as from time to time amended; but the definitions and related substantive requirements provided in sections 7A.020 to 7A.120, inclusive, except where the context otherwise requires, govern the construction of this article.
