Sec. 22.02.080. - Approval.

Contracts of over $25,000.00 for development of works of art or for other purposes authorized by this chapter shall be submitted to the city council for approval. Contracts under $25,000.00 shall be submitted to the city manager or duly authorized designee for approval.
