Sec. 8.12.130. - Derogatory, opprobrious epithets or gestures to induce employee to quit employment unlawful.

It is unlawful for any person, for the purpose of compelling, coercing or inducing any person to quit his or her employment, or to refrain from seeking or freely entering into employment, to utter to or within the hearing of such person or persons, any derogatory or opprobrious or indecent epithets or language or gestures or threats of violence.
