§ 699A.05 Prohibited Uses

Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Cleveland, “adult entertainment uses,” as defined in Section 347.07 of the Codified Ordinances, shall be prohibited in a Community Entertainment District. (Ord. No. 1096-04. Passed 12-13-04, eff. 12-17-04)
