§ 3113.01 Scope

The provisions of OAC Chapter 4101:2-29 and this chapter shall govern outdoor signs and display structures with respect to safety, construction, erection, attachment, support, anchorage and maintenance. Sign wind pressure requirements shall be as provided in Section 3129.07. (Ord. No. 2933-90. Passed 2-4-91, eff. 2-11-91)
