§ 19-17. - Application.

Applications for fence erection permits shall be made upon forms provided by the Director and shall contain the following information: (1) the name and address of the applicant. (2) the location of the lot upon which the fence is to be constructed or installed. (3) the name of the person erecting the fence. (4) such other information as the Director shall require to show full compliance with all laws and ordinances.
