Where reservation of parking is temporary, such as for a day or a few hours, the reserved parking space may be designated by a parking meter hood or other appropriate means. (c) Both the permanent and the temporary notices must clearly state that such parking is reserved for official business and, when notices are erected giving notice that such location is so reserved, no other vehicle shall be parked therein.
