§ 40-111. - Exemptions.

The provisions for payment of Disability allowances under the provisions of this part shall not apply: (1) if the Employee is disabled while serving in the Military Service of the United States of America. (2) if the Employee was disabled while engaged in gainful employment of an employer other than the City and such employer provides workers' compensation or other compensation that covers Disability.
