§ 45-9. - Violations.

Any person, owning or operating any railway in the City who fails, neglects, or refuses to comply with the requirements and provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this chapter; each and every day that said person fails to comply with the requirements and provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a distinct and separate offense or violation.
