§ 49-162. - Application.

In order to obtain a permit to operate a solid waste landfill, a written application shall be presented to the City Clerk. The application shall be accompanied by three copies of the permit application submitted to the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and all its updates. The report shall be signed and sealed by a registered professional engineer licensed to practice in the State.
