10.12.010 - Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: "Chief medical director" means the chief administrative officer of the board of health or his designated representative. "Department of health" means the department of health of the metropolitan government. Such term shall include the board and all of its agents, employees and activities.
