10.20.002 - Responsibilities.

The department of waste services shall be responsible for: (a) The collection and disposal of garbage and other refuse, and maintenance and operation of facilities for disposal of same. (b) The collection of all charges for services of such collection and disposal. (c) Such other powers and duties as may be assigned to the department by ordinance.
