3.04.015 - Tax code—Applicable.

A. This chapter is subject to the provisions of Title 1, Property Tax Code, V.T.C.A. Tax Code. The city shall possess all rights and powers conferred on taxing units by such code to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing herein shall constitute a waiver of any such right or power. B. The taxes, penalties and interest provided for in this chapter are subject to the provisions of V.T.C.A. Tax Code Chapter 32 (Tax Liens and Personal Liability) and Chapter 33 (Delinquency).
