SECTION 3.06: MAINTENANCE

3.06 MAINTENANCE OF SIGNS. (a) Each sign, together with its support braces, guys, anchors and footing shall be kept in repair and maintained in good condition. The display surface of each sign shall be kept neatly painted or posted at all times. (b) For alterations and maintenance of off-premise signs, see §§ 5.02.3 and 6.405 of the zoning ordinance.
