§ 35-80.1 PRIOR CODE PROVISIONS.

With respect to the providing of retail wastewater services within the corporate limits of the city, this division replaces and supersedes those provisions for payment of wastewater system facility access fees pursuant to § 35-58.1 of the city code. After the effective date of this division, all retail wastewater system facility impact fees shall be imposed on or collected from a new development subject to this division. After June 20, 1990, no front foot charges shall be collected for connection to city-installed wastewater lines and mains. (Ord. 10601, § 1(3.06), passed 6-5-1990)
