19.10.010: DEFINITIONS:

All terms used in this title shall be as defined in Utah Code 10-9a or Title 21A. Definitions in Utah Code 10-9a will take precedence followed by Title 21A. Any term not defined in Utah Code 10-9a or in Title 21A shall be as defined in Merriam-Webster online dictionary. (Ord. 11-24, 2024)
