22.05.010: DEFINITIONS:

As used in this chapter: CERTIFIED DISASTER SERVICE VOLUNTEER: Any person who has completed the necessary training for and has been certified as a disaster service specialist by the American Red Cross. CITY: Any city office, officer, official, department, board, commission, institution, bureau, agency, division, or unit of the city, including those within the legislative branch of the city government. DISASTER: Any disaster designated at level III or higher in the American National Red Cross regulations and procedures. VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION: A member of the National Volunteer Organizations Active In Disasters. (Ord. 54-13, 2013)
