16.20.100 - Reckless operation.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vessel or an aircraft on the water in a reckless manner. For purposes of this section, "reckless" means acting carelessly and heedlessly in a wilful and wanton disregard of the rights, safety, or property of another.
