§ 54-222. - Application. (a) Applicants for the license required by this division shall present to the Supervisor of Licenses a precious metals or gem dealer's license issued by the State of Oklahoma and, in addition, shall file with the Supervisor of Licenses a sworn application in writing on a form to be furnished by the Supervisor of Licenses. The application shall include but not be limited to the following information: (1) the full name and address of each individual applicant. (2) the applicant's business address or addresses, if more than one. (b) Along with the written application, the applicant shall obtain from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and provide to the Supervisor of Licenses a current Oklahoma criminal history information report. The criminal record is considered current if it is dated no more than 30 days prior to the date on which the applicant submits a completed application to the Supervisor of Licenses. (Ord.
