§ 43-7. - Examination and testing of prospective officers. Eligible applicants for appointment as members of the Police Department may be examined and tested by the City to determine their qualifications, experience and fitness for the position sought, and no applicant failing to meet the minimum standards of fitness prescribed for such examination shall be employed or appointed.
