A. The traffic engineer is authorized to install, remove, and modify all signs and markings necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The traffic engineer is also authorized to establish and modify the locations of designated parking areas.
B. The police department is authorized to issue citations and to cause to be towed away any vehicle found stopping, standing, or parking in violation of this chapter.
