§33.1008 Searchlight Advertising — Certificate of Electrical Inspection Every person conducting, managing, or carrying on the business of advertising by means of any searchlight or searchlights, shall be required, as a prerequisite to a granting of a City license, to obtain from the Electrical Inspection Department of the City of San Diego, certification that all equipment used and the operator or operators of such equipment, meet all requirements of the provisions of the Electrical Code of the City of San Diego.
