Sec. 26-602. - Application. The provisions of this article shall apply to parking facilities that use booting or towing to enforce against unauthorized vehicles in the facility, but shall not apply to: (1) Any facility that boots a vehicle in exercise of a statutory or contractual lien right; or (2) Any commercial office building owner or manager who installs or removes a boot in the building's parking facility.
