Sec. 26-603. - Entry powers of city officials. It shall be the duty of any parking facility manager to allow immediate access by any police officer or building official to any portion of the premises of the parking facility for the purpose of inspection of such premises and vehicle immobilization services for compliance with this article, article X of this chapter, or any other applicable law.
