San José Municipal Code § 20.200.220
in effectA "common carrier depot" is a facility which is served by one (1) or more commercial vehicles and which is an intermediate destination of passengers, and at which facility, passengers are transferred from one (1) conveyance to another to resume their journeys, and which may include provision for the layover of such passengers and an office.
