Common private open space.
San José Municipal Code § 20.200.230
in effect"Common private open space" means lands which are privately owned, developed, and maintained for the recreational use and enjoyment in common by all of the owners (or occupants) of the lots into which the subject property is subdivided, and to which each of such owners (or occupants) has the same right of use and enjoyment.
