§ 11-58. - Inspection of property and records. As necessary to ensure franchise compliance and/or the health, safety, and welfare of City residents, a grantee shall permit the City Manager, City Engineer or the City Auditor, or any duly authorized representative of the City Manager, City Engineer or the City Auditor, to inspect and copy all franchise property and records related thereto, together with any appurtenant property of grantee situated within or without the City. Outside of emergency circumstances, such inspections shall be conducted at mutually agreeable times during normal business hours. (Ord. No. 24484, § 2, 7-3-12, eff. 8-16-12)
