§ 11-59. - Street occupancy. (a) A grantee shall comply with all generally applicable ordinances and regulations pertaining to the use and occupation of the streets. (b) The grantee shall comply with the City's permitting requirements prior to commencing any new construction in any streets. The City shall cooperate with the grantee in granting any permits required, providing that such grant and subsequent construction by the grantee shall not unduly interfere with the use of such streets and that proposed construction shall be done in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 50.
