Security guards or private security employers shall pay the following fees:
(1) Application fees: .....
a. Individuals .....$25.00
b. Private security employers employing fewer than twenty-five (25) agents or employees to provide security services .....100.00
c. Private security employers employing twenty-five (25) or more agents or employees to provide security services .....200.00
d. Veterans shall be exempt from the application fee required by this subsection. .....
(2) License fees, per year: .....
a. Individuals .....25.00
b. Private security employers employing twenty-five (25) or fewer agents or employees to provide security services .....100.00
c. Private security employers employing more than twenty-five (25) agents or employees to provide security services .....200.00
