§ 27-47 CITY OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES NOT TO SUBMIT BIDS OR PURCHASE PROPERTY. It shall be unlawful for any officer or employee of the city, either directly or indirectly, to submit bids or to purchase at any sale any property sold pursuant to the provisions of this article.
