§ 27-48 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION. Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. In addition to the penalties otherwise provided, any officer or employee of the city violating any provision of this article shall forfeit his or her office or employment.
