§ 13-2-503 - USE OF WAV TAXICAB PERMITS. (A) A taxicab operating authority holder must place a WAV in service within 60 days after the department issues the WAV taxicab permit to the holder. The department may extend the deadline for placing a WAV in service if: (1) the holder possesses a contract of sale for the WAV; or (2) the director determines that failure to meet the 60-day deadline is based on factors beyond the holder's control.
