§129.0107 Decision Process for Construction Permits A decision on an application for a construction permit shall be made in accordance with Process One, except where state law requires an appeal hearing. The type of permit, decision maker, and appeal rights, if any, are described in Chapter 12, Article 9, Divisions 1 through 8. (Added 12-9-1997 by O-18451 N.S.; effective 1-1-2000.)
