Sec. 23-45. - Control and maintenance of meters or measuring devices. All meters or other measuring devices installed or required to be used under this article shall be under the control of CMUD, except as provided in subsection 23-86(a). The owner of the property where the measuring device is installed shall be responsible for its maintenance and safekeeping, and all maintenance and repairs will be made at the owner's expense, including, without limitation, such calibrations as may be required by CMUD.
