§ 38-756. - Permits generally. Permits for fishing in the waters of the NCRCRA shall be issued by such persons as City Council may designate. Such fishing permits shall be issued for the period of time and amounts as prescribed in this article and shall be subject to the limitations and restrictions set forth in this article. (Ord.
