Sec. 35-24. - Removal of wheels and anchoring coaches prohibited. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to remove or cause to be removed any wheel from any trailer coach located in any trailer park, except temporarily for the purpose of repair. (b) It shall be unlawful for any person at any trailer park to attach any trailer coach to the ground by means of posts, piers, foundations or otherwise, or to attach any skirting or awnings to any such trailer coach in such a manner as would prevent its ready removal from the premises. (c) It shall be the duty of the owner, operator or attendant of the trailer park to enforce this section, and failure to do so shall be deemed a violation hereof on his part. (Code 1950, § 633.19)
