Sec. 35-25. - Owner's duty to maintain park and enforce the article. The owner, operator or attendant of every trailer park shall assume full responsibility for maintaining in good repair and condition all sanitary and safety appliances on such park and shall promptly bring such action as is necessary to prosecute, evict or eject from the park any person who willfully or maliciously damages such appliances, and any person who refuses to comply with any applicable provision of this article.
