The boundaries of the Seventy-Seventh Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the point where Trabue Road intersects I-270, then north along the east right of way of I-270 north to the point where the Norfolk & Southern Railroad intersects said interstate, then west a short distance, then north along the I-270 west right of way to a point that is the Columbus corporation-Norwich township boundary line south of the CSX railroad, then east crossing I-270 and north then east crossing the CSX railroad, then east along said corporation-township boundary line, then north along said corporation-township boundary line to Mill Run Drive, then west and north along the centerline of Mill Run Drive to Spring Mill Drive, then west along the centerline of Spring Mill Drive to a point that is the Columbus-Hilliard Corporation boundary line, then north, then east, then north along said corporation boundary to Park Mill Run Drive, then east along Park Mill Run Drive crossing Fishinger Boulevard to a point that is the Columbus-Hilliard Corporation boundary line east of Fishinger Boulevard, then north along said corporation boundary line to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Norwich township boundary line, then east along said boundary line to Smiley Road, then south along the centerline of Smiley Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Norwich Township boundary line north of Clipperway Lane, then east, then north, then east to Dublin Road, then south along the centerline of Dublin Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Norwich Township boundary line north of Rockpointe Drive, then east, then south, then west crossing Dublin Road, then north, then west to Smiley Road, then south along the centerline of Smiley Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Norwich Township boundary line south of Fishinger Boulevard, then west, then south, then east to Smiley Road along said boundary line, then south along the centerline of Smiley Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Norwich Township boundary line north of Dinsmore Castle Drive, then east, then south to Smiley Road along said corporation-township boundary line, then east along the centerline of Smiley Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Norwich Township boundary line, then north, then east, then south along said boundary line to Smiley Road, then east along the centerline of Smiley Road to Dublin Road, then south along the centerline of Dublin Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Norwich Township boundary line south of Thoburn Road, then east, then north, then west to Dublin Road north of Thoburn Road, then north along the centerline of Dublin Road to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Norwich Township boundary line north of Scioto Trace, then east, then north to Fishinger Road, then north along the Columbus Corporation-Norwich Township, Columbus-Hilliard Corporation, Columbus Corporation-Norwich Township, Columbus-Hilliard Corporation, and Columbus Corporation-Norwich Township boundary lines west of the Scioto River to the centerline of the Hayden Road bridge crossing the Scioto River, then south along the centerline of Riverside Drive to Trabue Drive, excluding those parcels of unincorporated Clinton Township and Upper Arlington corporation west of Riverside Drive and east of the Scioto River south of Griggs Dam and north of Trabue Road, then west along Trabue Road to the Norfolk & Southern Railroad, then northwest along the Norfolk & Southern Railroad right of way to a point that is the Columbus Corporation-Norwich Township boundary line, including all addresses on Builders Place, then southwest along said boundary line to the CSX Railroad, then southeast along the CSX Railroad right of way to Trabue Road, then southwest along the centerline of Trabue Road to the point of the beginning, including certain Columbus-Corporation parcels south of Trabue Road, west of the CSX Railroad and east of Hague Avenue.
