The boundaries of the Seventy-Eighth Ward are hereby established to include the following: Beginning at the intersection of I-270 and Trabue Road, then south along the centerline of I-270 to its intersection with the Norfolk & Southern Railroad, then west along said Railroad right of way to its intersection with Hilliard-Rome Road, then south along the centerline of Hilliard-Rome Road to its intersection with West Broad Street, then west along the centerline of West Broad Street to a point being the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then north, then west along said corporation-township boundary to its intersection with Alton Darby Creek Road, then north along the centerline of Alton Darby Creek Road to a point being the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then east, then north and west on an irregular path, then north, then west, then south on an irregular path, then west along said corporation-township boundary to its intersection with Clovergroft ditch, then north along the centerline of Clovergroft ditch to a point being the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then east along said corporation-township boundary to its intersection with Alton Darby Creek Road, then north along the centerline of Alton Darby Creek Road to a point being the Columbus Corporation-Prairie Township boundary line, then east, then north, then west, then northwest, then east, then north, then west on an irregular path along said boundary to Clovergroft ditch, then northeast along the centerline of Clovergroft ditch to its intersection with I-70, then east along I-70 to its intersection with Hilliard-Rome Road, then north along the centerline of Hilliard-Rome Road to its intersection with Trabue Road, then east along the centerline of Trabue Road to the point of the beginning, except certain noncontiguous, unincorporated portions of Prairie Township contained herein.
