Sec. 29-141. - Utility excavation criteria manual adopted. The director is authorized to develop the Utility Excavation Criteria Manual (UECM), First Edition, which shall be approved and adopted as the City of San Antonio, departments of public works' official technical and policy manual no later than the effective date of the ordinance from which this article derives. Three (3) copies of the UECM shall be placed on file and available for inspection in the offices of the city clerk. (Ord. No. 93319, § 1, 1-25-01)
