20.02.258 - Contractor yard, large (greater than .50 acre). "Large contractor yard (greater than .50 acre)" means property used to park or store construction materials, vehicles, or equipment used by a building or construction trades contractor. The contractor's business office may be an accessory use to a contractor's yard. Vehicles and equipment used by that contractor may be repaired or maintained in a contractor's yard provided such work is done in an enclosed building or structure. (Ord. 16653 § 2 (part), 2007)
