20.02.260 - Contractor yard, small (less than or equal to .50 acre). "Small contractor yard (less than or equal to .50 acre)" means property used to park or store construction materials, vehicles or equipment used by a building or construction trades contractor. The contractor's business office may be an accessory use to a contractor's yard. Vehicles and equipment used by that contractor may be repaired or maintained in a contractor's yard provided such work is done in an enclosed building or structure. (Ord. 16653 § 2 (part), 2007)
