§61.2617 Authority to Advance Funds Notwithstanding section 61.2391, in connection with the issuance of bonds pursuant to this Division, the Council may determine and may declare in the resolution authorizing the issuance of the bonds that it will obligate itself to advance available penalty and interest charges on delinquent special taxes in a special tax district to pay district obligations. Notwithstanding section 61.2392, the City in its sole discretion may determine whether funds in the Special Assessment District Delinquency Fund as defined in that section may be expended on behalf of a special tax district formed under this Division.
