1.06.030 - Board, commission and committee members—Renewal. Whenever a member of any of the several boards, commissions and committees of the City has taken and subscribed to the official Oath of Office, as in Section 1.06.020 required, he shall not thereafter be required again to take and subscribe to the oath as long as he remains in the same position, notwithstanding any intervening expiration of his term.
