4307.07 - Jurisdiction. Each subdivision of land within the area embraced by the corporate boundaries of the city, or within three miles of the corporate boundaries, shall be shown upon a plat and submitted to the director for approval or disapproval. Each final plat which has been approved by the director, with endorsement shown thereon shall be recorded in the office of the Franklin County recorder, and no lots shall be sold from such plat until approved as hereinabove provided.
