4307.05 - Lot, plan and plat defined. (A) "Lot" means a division of land intended for sale and described on a recorded subdivision plat or recorded survey map. (B) "Plan" means a drawing of a proposed design or of work to be performed. (C) "Plat" means a map of a subdivision described by accurate distances and bearings. (Ord. No. 0455-2010, § 121, 4-5-2010)
